Washington, D. C., Dec. 12 - Funeral Services for Dr. Charles Wilder, clinical instructor in medicine of the Howard Medical School and a member of the visiting staff of Freedmen's Hospital, were held from his home last Saturday. The Rev. D. E. Wiseman, pastor of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, and the Rev. H. B. Taylor, pastor of the Fifteenth Street Presbyterian Church, officiated. Burial was in the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Dr. Wilder died at his home, 226 I street, northeast, Nov. 27, He had been ill since December 1934. Dr. Wilder was a graduate of Dartmouth College. He received his medical education at the University of Pennsylvania. He began practice here in July, 1919. He was a former president of the Medico-Chirurgical Society of the District of Columbia, from which resolutions were read at his funeral services.

Surviving Dr. Wilder are his widow, Mrs. Jennis Wilder and two children, Charles, Jr., and Jean Marie.
