One of the country's most noted pediatricians, Dr. Jenkins is the son of the late Otho Jenkins. Dr. Jenkins, whose offices are located at 21 West 139th Street and in the Upper Manhattan Medical Center, is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics, a Visiting Pediatrician at Harlem and Sydenham Hospitals, the Director of Pediatrics at the Upper Manhattan Medical Group, and head of Pediatric Allergy at Flower Fifth Avenue Hospital.

He received his A.B. degree at Dartmouth College, his M.D. degree at New York University, and his Master of Science and Public Health degrees at Columbia University.
