Newark, Feb. 25 - Dr. Lloyd M. Granger, who retired in 1971 from his dental practice of more than 50 years here, died Saturday at the Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York. He was 75 years old and lived in Lakewood, N.J. Surviving are his widow, the former Marjorie Scott; a son, Lloyd Jr.; three daughters, Mrs. June Branch, Mrs. Marjorie Macklin and Mrs. Leota Terry; a brother, and nine grandchildren.
